You agree not to use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using this website or engaging “Our Baby” for services you are fully accepting all terms, conditions and disclaimers. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using this website and/or “Our Baby” services and forfeit any fees paid.
“Our Baby” is a private limited company and as such fees are payable, please see the relevant webpage for pricing structure Some services are bespoke so fees will be agreed with you and applied according to your individual needs.
Payment is by bank transfer “Our Baby” details will be provided on booking a service and payment must be received in full by “Our Baby” before your booking is confirmed..
Cancellation of more than 30 days before commencement of course will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total course fee.
Cancellation of less than 30 days before the commencement of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total course fee.
In some cases course bookings are transferable to other dates but this cannot be guaranteed.
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled a mutually convenient alternative or a full refund will be given.
If you have booked to attend classes prior to 37 weeks and your baby arrives before this, Our Baby will refund the cost of the classes you miss because of preterm birth.
The contents of this website and “Our Baby” services do not constitute advice but are to be regarded as information for education purposes so that you may make informed decisions. “Our Baby” strongly recommends that you seek advice from your midwife or GP/Obstetrician.

Clients are welcome to join social media groups set up by “Our Baby”.
“Our Baby” must hold some information to contact clients, provide services, maintain accounts, answer enquiries, verify identity for security purposes and to improve the website and services to clients. Information provided by clients will be used only as they intend it to be used Anonymised demographic/web page usage information which does not identify the individual will be recognised by the server and may be used to improve services and advertise services.

“Our Baby” will maintain confidentiality of information and terms of business relationships. Information will be used to maintain accounts and affiliate records, to verify identity and communicate for business purposes and will not be used for any other reason.
